What is it?

Electricity is generated out of low heat ; like sea or river.

 

How does it work ?

High temperature heat pumps create heat to generate hydrogene. Hydrogne is then generated threw endothermic reactions like the three sulfur iode reactions,  which is then feeding a fully efficient fuel cell powering the heat pumps.
